We joined the experience of foreign architects with the locals’ better understanding of the environment and together designed a modern project that provides the maximum comfort for you and your family.

For your safety and personal space, the entrance doors to the building feature an intercom and electromagnetic card system. Main hallways are covered in natural stone plates, while corridors light up as soon as you step on the way to your new home. Buildings are also fitted with high quality heating units and offer easy access to storage spaces, where you can deposit all things that crowd your home.

The compound is guarded 24/7 and private parking spaces are provided for each tenant. Outside you can relax, surrounded by landscaped green areas and a soothing view.
